Qualifications

• International Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus.
• 3–5 years experience in flow management / control tower / IFF operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Capture end-to-end real-time visibility aligned to customers’ strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and value-added services for higher satisfaction.
• Position CEVA as the customer's partner of choice.
• Assist with quotes when needed and support operations during issues.
• Lead periodic business reviews and dashboard reviews with customers.
