The Customer Enrollment Representative loves to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when needed. Customer feedback is crucial, and the Customer Enrollment Representative can gather that for our company. Problem-solving also comes naturally to Customer Enrollment Representatives, and they are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative:

  • Receives and processes customer purchase orders in person
  • Enters orders received through direct interactions with customers
  • Enters electronic, paper, and manual orders online
  • Verifies and confirms customer orders and delivery expectations
  • Quotes prices according to uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing
  • Tracks order exceptions and maintains as needed
  • Sales with Preferred Customers
  • Direct customer service with new and current customers
Teamwork: collaborates with team members
  • Seeks good communication and cooperation within our organization
  • Coordinates all routine aspects of customer orders, requests, and inquiries
  • Identifies and uses internal resources as needed to complete tasks
  • Supports team goals
  • Is receptive/flexible/adaptable to change
  • Understands, generally, about competitors and their services
Requirements of the Customer Enrollment Representative:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience
  • Leadership role without formal authority
  • Effective decision making
  • Displays effective interpersonal & communication skills (internal/external)
  • Delivers timely and accurate information to customers & internal business partners both verbally and in writing
  • Achieves mutual understanding by summarizing & reviewing agreements
  • Actively listens
  • Demonstrates an understanding of our client’s products and services
  • Recognizes and responds to new/additional opportunities at existing customers

This role is set to start within the next two weeks, therefore local candidates are preferred who can begin the interview process as soon as possible.

Compensation is directly tied to sales performance. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales, client acquisition, or other performance metrics as outlined in the compensation plan. Actual income may vary based on effort and individual success.
