Job summary

Transcend is seeking a Customer Engineer to collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver robust technical solutions. The role focuses on client onboarding, demonstrations, and effective support for process units and software integrations in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 8 years’ water/wastewater design experience, with strong analytical, communication, and collaborative abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bioengineering, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental).
• Minimum 8 years' water and wastewater engineering design experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to develop technical solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and technical needs assessments.
• Support client onboarding and customization processes.
• Provide technical client support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with product and software development teams during product development.
• Propose product improvements based on client feedback.
• Maintain current industry technical knowledge.
• Update technical documentation.
• Manage work records through ticketing systems.
• Support technical specifications for process units and software integration.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to develop technical solutions
• Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and technical needs assessments
• Support client onboarding and customization processes
• Provide technical client support and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with product and software development teams during product development
• Propose product improvements based on client feedback
• Maintain current industry technical knowledge
• Update technical documentation
• Manage work records through ticketing systems
• Support technical specifications for process units and software integration

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bioengineering, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental)
