As our new Service Representative II, you will be servicing a diverse range of water treatment technologies, from midrange electrical rotating equipment like aeration mixers to advanced membrane-based systems—while mentoring junior technicians and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well‑being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing:

As a key part of the Lifecycle Services team, you'll create impact by Delivering reliable water treatment system performance across customer sites, driving operational improvements and fostering the growth of the next generation of service technicians.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Perform startup, commissioning, customer training, and troubleshooting for midrange electrical rotating equipment including aeration mixers, deaerators, and water softening systems
  • Conduct startup, commissioning, and seeding for advanced membrane-based systems including MBR and RO technologies
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues including PLC panel troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Support retrofits across water treatment systems, enhancing equipment functionality and longevity

  • Mentor Level I technicians, build training documentation, and use CRM/SharePoint tools to track root cause analysis and document service activities
  • Coordinate travel schedules, customer communications, and onsite service visits independently while participating in handoff meetings with Project Managers and End Users

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Texas and be available for travel as business needs require.

What makes you great fit:

  • Intermediate knowledge of water treatment processes and midrange electrical systems with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • Basic understanding of electrical drawings, P&IDs, and 4-20mA instrumentation and scaling
  • Valid driver's license along with a valid passport (or can get one) and have a clean driving record and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift to 50 lbs., and proficiency with CRM systems and record-keeping

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience troubleshooting VFDs (e.g., Schneider, Danfoss, Allen-Bradley)
  • Familiarity with instrumentation such as level transducers, flow meters, pH probes, or DO probes
  • Experience building training documentation including policies, procedures, and presentations
