ARS-Rescue Rooter in Wareham, MA is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Pay is $23–$25 per hour plus UNCAPPED commissions, with typical earnings of $25–$35 per hour when incentives apply. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with weekly pay and paid training.

No door-to-door canvassing or cold calling. Opportunity to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
