ARS-Rescue Rooter in Waldorf, MD is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations, earning hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
