ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to represent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $20–$22/hour plus uncapped commission with incentives and potential $25–$35/hour overall earnings.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available in Laurel, MD and nearby areas. Weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, people-focused individual who can engage shoppers.
• Prior retail or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to stand and walk for shifts and work some weekends.

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
