ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage with customers, start conversations, and educate them on HVAC/plumbing solutions while generating qualified leads and scheduling in-home consultations.

We offer hourly pay with uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
