What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client business partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met and uncover growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring performance expectations are met or exceeded
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share program performance metrics and recommendations
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to sales or account representatives to achieve performance objectives
- Prepare reports for leadership and client management, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to travel for field visits and work-related meetings (overnight and/or weekends)
