You will engage customers, leverage technology, maintain accurate daily operations, adhere to policies, and support a collaborative Retail team at the Beaver branch.

Qualifications

• No university/college degree required. High school diploma/ GED may be acceptable.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Perform lobby engagement activities and position PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Educate customers on using technology and tools to manage transactions; ensure accurate, efficient operations.
