Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Specialty Associate to blend product knowledge with exceptional service to grow sales and build clientele. You will help customers locate products, explain attributes and care plans, and promote JCPenney credit and rewards programs.

Key duties include welcoming customers, meeting sales goals, assisting with inventory and pricing, and upholding safety and iCAP standards to ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, drive sales and promote programs (FindMore, credit, rewards).
• Assist with inventory, transfers, returns, and pricing/signing in specialty areas.
• Support iCAP program, safety, and attendance standards to maintain store excellence.
