Job summary

belk is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Virginia location. You will assist with merchandise selection, provide product recommendations, and process transactions to drive sales and store metrics.

You will maintain merchandise presentation, support store operations, and help foster a friendly environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This hourly role requires strong communication and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Leverage training tools and feedback to boost product knowledge and selling skills.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
• Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other tasks as assigned.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
