Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience daily. • Reading, writing and counting accurately are required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover their needs and wants; recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and handle price changes/markdowns.
• Possess ability to operate forklift and baler if age allows.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete documentation for duties.
