Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate in Wisconsin with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour. Typical schedule is full-time (~30+ hours/week) with wage increases over five years to $20.50/hour.

Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store to enhance the customer experience. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver friendly service, process transactions via POS, and help maintain store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS systems.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and reports issues to management.
• Notifies management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS system to scan purchases and reports scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional check lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays per merchandising planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Follows safety and inventory procedures and keeps area clean.
