Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping when needed for a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
