Job summary

Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, showcase baby essentials, and assist parents and grandparents with our products and promotions in a welcoming environment.

You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience through proactive problem solving, omnichannel support, and accurate POS transactions while helping maintain a clean, organized store. Growth opportunities exist within the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
