Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a store associate to be the primary contact for customers, assist with plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, and protect company assets. You will unload trucks, build displays, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store or move merchandise to stock or sales floor.
• Build and rotate merchandise displays; face shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process payments; bag items.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Clean store front, stockroom, and restrooms; follow policies.
