Job summary

Goodwill is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers and donors with merchandise selection, cashiering and friendly, professional service in a busy store.

You will handle cash and card transactions, restock and maintain the floor, greet customers, and support team members while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

This non-exempt role pays $17.13/hour with opportunities to grow within the Retail Operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• No experience required.
• Ability to learn new technology and software related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help customers in-store in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions; balance POS transactions.
• Merchandise, restock and maintain the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment and support team members as required.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and assist supervisors and leads.
