Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Pittsburgh's HomeGoods store is hiring for a Customer Experience Associate. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. This role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and strong communication.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Works well with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices
• Supports positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives
• All other duties as assigned
