Qualifications

• Age 21+ and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Clear communication in English (read/write/speak).
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash/transactions.
• Able to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Master lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
• Provide friendly service and upsell when possible.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms and lot area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain merchandise.
• Maintain clean entryways; sweep, mop, windows.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
