Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, and keep the store clean and safe. You will ensure compliance with age-verification for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol, while providing friendly service and upselling where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure compliance with age verification and legal requirements for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol.
• Offer friendly service and upsell where possible to increase sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Stock shelves and displays to keep merchandise fresh and organized.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed, such as deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a reliable team player and assist wherever needed.
