Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to keep stores inviting and running smoothly. You will greet customers, operate the register, and maintain a clean store and parking area.

You will gain expertise in lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with strict age verification, while offering excellent service and upselling where appropriate. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with speed and accuracy.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age-verification compliance.
• Upsell products to increase store sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out.
• Deep clean high-use restrooms.
• Clean pumps and associated equipment.
• Pick up litter in the store and lot.
• Take out trash in all weather.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Maintain a tidy store; sweep, mop, windows.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a collaborative team player.
