Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented associate for TJ Maxx in Hermitage, PA. You’ll deliver a superior customer experience, help ring up purchases, and keep the store organized and safe. Cross-training across areas may occur to support busy periods and business needs.

Responsibilities include promoting credit/loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and participating in loss-prevention efforts. Prior retail experience is a plus.
