Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Uphold store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and keep the store clean and organized.
• Participate in safety efforts and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with shrink reduction goals and store programs.
• Handle feedback and adhere to labor laws and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
