Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a superior customer experience at TJ Maxx stores in The Dalles, OR.

You’ll engage customers, maintain clean shelves, train associates, and support safety and loss-prevention goals while complying with policies and labor laws. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
