Qualifications

• Strong business judgment and ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Understanding of GTM tool landscape across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from a customer’s goals to activation and value realization.
• Understand customer needs by observing processes and asking targeted questions.
• Translate customer problems into actionable Lightfield workflows and configurations.
• Shape the roadmap with evidence from customer engagements and prioritize impactful problems.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to close product gaps and test solutions with customers.
• Create repeatable approaches and playbooks to accelerate success for new customers.
