Needham Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II in Wellesley, MA to proficiently process teller transactions and balance accurately. You will grow customer relationships through account openings and maintenance, while embodying the bank's values in the community.

The role requires delivering outstanding service, product knowledge, and customer referrals. Training support and occasional back-up to branch leadership are part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two plus years teller or cash handling experience with accurate balancing.
• Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller function processing transactions with accuracy and balance according to bank standards.
• Open new accounts and explain bank products/services to customers.
• Promote bank products and refer or resolve customer inquiries about accounts or services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support branch operations as needed.
