• Procuring inventory, recording receipt, stocking, shipping, and posting to standards.
• Interact with customers, technicians, and salespeople to ensure outstanding results.
• Maintain paperwork, invoicing, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• Report progress, challenges, and solutions to improve service quality.
• Commit to a safe, organized, clutter-free workstation and environment.
