Premier Toyota of Amherst is seeking a Parts Salesperson to support vehicle maintenance, repair, and sales with fast, accurate parts fulfillment and excellent customer service. You will manage inventory, process receipts and backorders, interact with customers and technicians, and help maintain orderly paperwork and a safe work area.

Selling parts and accessories to support vehicle maintenance, repair, wholesale, and DIY customers
Procuring inventory, recording receipt, sale, stocking, shipping, posting to specific standards
Execute problem resolution skills to realize excellence in all facets of the business.
Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results.
The Parts Salesperson is responsible to fill parts and accessory requests promptly to support vehicle maintenance, repair, and sales demands delivering operational excellence and departmental budget objectives.
Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.
Execute consistent processes to assure positive customer and associate experiences.
Execute inventory protocols for demand, lost sales, and fill rates within industry benchmarks.
Receipt and stock inventory
Reconcile inventory receipts and invoices.
Record, track, receive and report special order and back ordered items.
Directly interact with customers, technicians, and salespeople.
Maintain accurate paperwork, posting, invoicing, shipping/receiving, core administration, and P.O’s.
Maintain a safe, clutter-free, organized, and clean workstation (daily).
Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results.
Other duties as assigned.
Successful experience in the following capacities:
Retail Parts Sales
Retail and/or Wholesale sales.

Hours may vary daily to meet business demands.
Typical schedules run 8 to 10 hours five or six days a week.
