Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Full Stack to build and ship customer-focused software solutions in a fast-moving technology environment.

This role combines full-stack software engineering, customer collaboration, rapid prototyping, data workflows, and product development. You will translate customer needs into production features, integrations, dashboards, and technical solutions—often on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proven experience shipping production software in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong TypeScript and Python skills.
• Full-stack development across backend services, data pipelines, and frontend applications.
• Experience building scalable, production-quality software.
• Experience translating customer requirements into working technical solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in Flatiron, Manhattan, NYC.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production software across backend, frontend, and data workflows.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and solve problems quickly.
• Develop custom features, integrations, dashboards, and customer-facing interfaces.
• Build data pipelines and workflows tailored to customer requirements.
• Shape and transform expert-generated data for specific customer use cases.
• Develop tools and features for data collection and evaluation workflows.
• Create rapid prototypes and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Identify one-off customer solutions that should become reusable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the core platform.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
