Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computer systems and equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Reading and writing proficiency required.
• Planning and organizing skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Completion of Company Orientation is required.
• Food safety and sanitation training required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and take orders by phone or in person.
• Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product daily.
• Maintain department food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize display cases and operate equipment properly.
• Assist in Bakery, Deli, and Prepared Foods as needed.
• Use ordering systems and manage inventory as required.
• Educate customers on preparation/reheating of prepared foods.
• Perform sanitation and maintenance tasks for department tools.
