You will maintain checkout standards, assist with returns, re-ticketing, signings, and merchandising; participate in inventory cycles; and help meet performance metrics for shrink, safety, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent service. Handles credit, rewards and gift card programs, promoting Findmore and other sales initiatives.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes, handles returns and re-ticketing, signs and merchandises at checkouts, calls for help when needed, uses POS on Mobile Warrior.
• General Operations - Supports Omnichannel efforts, assists with recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance; participates in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives; meets iCAP, sales, service, productivity, and attendance standards.
