Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with banking CRM and apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops, and closes sales; cross-sell products/services.
• Engage customers to understand financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Demonstrates digital channel knowledge to expand relationships.
• Performs transactions including deposits, transfers, wires and payments accurately.
• Open new accounts with complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, including BSA/KYC.
