Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with product knowledge, handling POS transactions, replenishing shelves, and communicating promotions and loyalty programs while ensuring a safe, clean store. Availability may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.

• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and keeping the store safe and clean.
