Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is looking for a Customer Development Manager - Food Service On Premise (FSOP) in Miami, FL.

What You Will Do:

Coke Florida is searching for a strong Customer Development Manager to join our FSOP team. In this role, you will help develop data-based FSOP sales strategies to help Coke Florida gain a competitive edge within the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of Food Service On Premise (FSOP) Key Account customers and an assigned traditional FSOP Channel.
  • Support the Coke Florida territory and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest-level customer service and performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Partner with leadership for continual improvement of partnerships with clients.
  • Maximize performance potential within FSOP Customer and Channel portfolio.
  • Full responsibility for existing customer relationships for traditional FSOP Key Accounts.
  • Expand FSOP outlet universe by identifying, prospecting, and converting competitive Key Account-level customers.
  • Negotiate contracts for new business and re-negotiate contracts for existing business.
  • Oversee FSOP Channel performance and execute Channel-specific programs.
  • Execute forecasting process for an assigned FSOP Channel.
  • Provide feedback on marketplace conditions.
  • Identify opportunities with ongoing business performance and create solutions.
  • Conduct post-promotional analysis.
  • Monitor business performance for gaps versus plan.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive annual and multi-year business plans.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the FSOP Channel.
  • Travel is estimated to be 25% to 35% primarily within Coke Florida territory.

For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-8 years in consumer goods industry
  • Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
  • Experience in developing successful annual business plans
  • Change agent who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strategic Selling and Account Management experience
  • Food Service On Premise (FSOP) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
