Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil or industrial engineering, or related field; or an associate's degree plus two years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 6 years' utility experience or other relevant experience in engineering, construction, or supervision.
• Registered Professional Engineer license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Customer Design team designing power system electrical facilities.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
• Oversee design progress, costs, schedules and compliance with codes and policies.
• Develop employee skills and provide training opportunities.
