Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Chattanooga with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. You will help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process by delivering vehicles to customers and supporting their needs.

Shifts run 7 days a week from 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm or 11am–9pm with rotating days off. The role offers a starting pay of $17/hr, with growth to $19/hr and merit-based increases under our Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to load/unload vehicles and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must obtain Notary within 90 days and have DMV/title access as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles, inspect hauler for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain clean driving record per policy.
