Job summary

Granular Energy is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Technical Solutions/Customer Delivery team, aligning Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure enterprise software deployment from onboarding through ongoing operations.

You will drive delivery excellence in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, manage a cross-functional team, and advocate for scalable processes, data-driven decisions, and client success across energy and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation or similar roles, ideally in energy, commodity trading, or banking.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and knowledge of scripting (Python preferred).
• Excellent remote communication skills and experience managing a team.
