Job summary

Carvana seeks energetic Customer Advocates with a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our fast-growing team in Wichita. You will deliver vehicles to customers’ doors, learn car-hauler operations, and maintain accurate customer records.

Starting at $17 per hour with staged increases to $19, and ongoing merit-based earnings, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities as you progress through the Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physically able to load/unload vehicles and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (training provided).
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler.
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record.
