Responsibilities

• Review customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, maintaining customer names, addresses and demographics.
• Consolidate customer accounts according to company guidelines through research, problem-solving and good judgment.
• Verify data accuracy through research and resolve data entry errors.
• Properly categorize customers by SIC code.
• Follow department standards to determine actions on customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to update account data.
