Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Customer Data Coordinator in Kenosha to join a 120+ member Advertising and Marketing team. You will review and consolidate customer data, verify accuracy, and categorize accounts by SIC code while communicating with customers to update information.

The role supports on-site operations with a focus on accuracy and customer service. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of office experience are preferred, with Excel/Word proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, maintaining customer names, addresses and demographics.
• Consolidate customer accounts according to company guidelines through research, problem-solving and good judgment.
• Verify data accuracy through research and resolve data entry errors.
• Properly categorize customers by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code.
• Follow each department’s standards to determine appropriate action on customer accounts.
• Effectively communicate with customers through email and phone to update account data.
