Job summary

Uline is seeking an Operations Analyst in our Kenosha, WI on-site team within Corporate Customer Service. You will turn contact center data into actionable insights to improve operations and deliver outstanding service for our North American network.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, building SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs. Strong Excel/SQL/BI skills and communication are essential; RPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or BI.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• RPA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contact center performance data and deliver insights that inform business strategy.
• Drive improvements that enhance customer service operations, efficiency and processes.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to support performance, trend and statistical reporting.
