Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Data Coordinator for the Kenosha Branch to help the Advertising and Marketing team keep track of customer data across shipping, industrial and packaging needs. The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer information, consolidating accounts, and ensuring data quality through diligent research and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Review customer information in Uline systems and spreadsheets, maintaining customer names, addresses and demographics.
• Consolidate customer accounts according to company guidelines through research, problem-solving and good judgment.
• Verify data accuracy through research and resolve data entry errors.
• Properly categorize customers by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code.
• Follow each department's standards to determine appropriate action on customer accounts.
• Effectively communicate with customers through email and phone to update account data.
