Job summary

FMX, a cloud-based facility maintenance software provider, is seeking a Customer Data Specialist to manage end-to-end data migrations and transformations for customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Retention teams to ensure data needs are met and projects stay on track.

You will dedicate 70% of time to data migrations, 20% to customer meetings, and 10% to product trainings, while continuously improving processes with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational traits.
• Openness to learning data transformation technologies, including AI fluency.
• Creative use of intelligent automation tools for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable hosting customer-facing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a data migration subject matter expert on the Customer Success team.
• Complete end-to-end data migrations for FMX customers, transforming data with tools like Excel and Power Query.
• Be the go-to source for customer data questions during implementation.
• Attend customer-facing meetings to ensure data requirements are met.
• Lead technical module trainings for customers on FMX’s product.
• Adhere to project priorities and deadlines.
• Improve processes and leverage AI tooling to better serve customers.
