Joinparadigm is seeking a Data Migrations Specialist to enhance customer journeys by ensuring successful data migrations. You will excel in technical proficiency and build tools while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Your role will involve understanding client data requirements, troubleshooting issues, and improving existing migration processes. This position offers competitive salary and benefits, including remote working options and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of programming/scripting experience, specifically with Python.
• 1+ year of data transformation, data pipeline, data analytics.
• Proficiency with relational database technology such as SQLServer, MySQL, or similar.
• 2+ years experience with Excel, effectively using functions and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Understand data requirements of clients and create migration plans.
• Write scripts to perform data transformations and validations.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Provide superb customer service throughout the migration process.
• Manage inbound migration queue and set expectations.
• Enhance the migration process for successful implementation.
• Monitor and document migration plan progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
