Responsibilities

• Enters customer master data into all ERP systems.
• Reviews customer master data regularly for consistency and accuracy.
• Interface with plant personnel, customer service, sales, and credit department on credit & return requests.
• Enters CSCL’s into ERP system to define the situation and ensure details are documented.
• Handles incoming requests for access to our Customer Portal and Compass.
• Follows established procedures, examines, and verifies documents for audit purposes.
• Follows established procedures for returns, credits, and warranties.
• Learn the organization’s products, services, and policies through various training programs.
• Meets target KPIs to process customer data and credit turnaround times.
• Monitors Outlook mailboxes and ensures inquiries are responded to within expected timeline.
• Other duties as assigned.
