Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in San Diego, CA seeks a Customer Contract Administrator to manage finance operations including customer and vendor contracts, pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks, and vendor invoices. This role requires basic knowledge of contract/order processes and may involve routine reports and system tasks.

The position supports development and negotiation of customer and group purchasing contracts on a 12-month, 40-hour-per-week basis, with work performed on site in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Responsible for contract administration, pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of contract and order processes and systems.
• Fixes basic network issues and runs basic reports on network health.
• Typically is a college / university graduate or has equivalent experience.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work with guidance.
