• Ability to learn EzTeller, Premier and sales tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new account duties including cross-selling bank services.
• Explain account types and assist in selecting the best option; process deposits.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone; mail correspondence and forms.
• Assist in loan processing tasks and lending functions.
• Provide supervision in the absence of the supervisor and support teller training.
