• Strong attention to detail with accurate math skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort using computers, digital tools, and standard office applications; ability to learn and navigate banking systems.
• Travel to training locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification and funds availability.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to understand banking needs.
• Direct customers to appropriate team members for additional services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with routine inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to the right service area.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as per bank standards.
