Applegreen USA is hiring a Team Member at its Welcome Centers Central Services. You will deliver friendly customer service, process payments at the POS, prepare and serve food items, and help stock and clean locations to meet traveler needs.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to stand for long periods, and follow food safety and brand standards while supporting cross-functional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate POS and handle cash accurately per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food items with proper labeling and dating.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Assist in kitchen tasks such as prepping and packaging.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Adhere to food safety and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
